Legacy cases

Assoc Prof Frank Gaillard and Dr Henry Knipe et al.

Legacy cases are those that do not meet current case publishing guidelines, including image preparation, but are still of educational value, usually evidenced as inclusion in multiple playlists or articles

These cases can be tagged "legacy" and the following caveat can be included in a free text box after the clinical presentation and patient data sections:

  • Note: This case has been tagged as "legacy" as it no longer meets image preparation and/or other case publication guidelines.

This helps denote that these cases, while public, do not reflect the current standards required for a new case submission to Radiopaedia.
