Saccular curvilinear density in the left paramidline position at the L3-L4 level.
It is non-osseous in nature.
Case Discussion
An abdominal aortic aneursym (AAA) can often be incidentally identified on x-ray due to the curvilinear calcification with the aneurysm wall.
This was a proven infra-renal AAA on subsequent CT imaging.
