Case Discussion

This case show cluster of collected small bowel loopss in a strange way in the lower and upper abdomen, no history of renal disease or peritoneal dialysis and no past surgery and preoperatively diagnosed as internal hernia. The operative findings was thick fibrous membrane was enclosing many loops of small bowel and diagnosed as primary abdominal cocoon.
