Acute cholecystitis

Right upper abdominal pain , vomiting - 3 days.

Patient Data

Age: about 30 - 35 yrs.
Gender: Female

GALL BLADDER is mildly over distended with mild diffuse wall edema. 

Multiple calculi with sludge is noted in gall bladder lumen. Size range is 3 - 5 mm.

A calculus is noted in mid part of Comman bile duct (  5 mm ) with dilated proximal duct and right - left hepatic ducts.

Main pancreatic duct is normal.

Pancreas is normal.
