Age: 25 years old
Gender: Female

Bulky hypoattenuated pancreas with swollen head and localized fluid collection encircling the pancreatic head. 

No evidence of pancreatic duct or CBD dilatation. 


Case Discussion

Acute pancreatitis is the most likely diagnosis.
