Advanced breast cancer

Palpable mass and nipple retraction, allegedly only for three months, but probably longer.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

An irregular, high density, retroareolar mass is seen in the left breast with associated lymphedema.

Microcalcifications present, but invisible due to reproduction quality (mobile photo from lightbox).


Nipple and skin retraction, nipple discharge, erythema of the left breast.
