Extensor digitorum longus and peroneus tertius tenosynovitis

C/o pain in anterior aspect of ankle and hind - mid foot. Locally swelling in hind - mid foot dorsum - 15 days. Radiograph - Not available. Referred for USG to evaluate swelling.

Patient Data

Age: 25 yrs
Gender: Male

Synovital thickening with mininal fluid is noted.

Lable 1 to 4 are extensor  digitorum longus tendons.

Lable 5 is peroneus tertius.
