Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Multiple hemorrhagic infarcts are seen in posterior circulation on both sides, mainly involving the right cerebellar hemisphere, bilateral thalami and right PCA territory.
Old infarct in the left temporal lobe.
MR angiogram reveals occlusion of right vertebral artery.
