Trauma to the right hand six weeks ago.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

Non-displaced healing fracture of the proximal phalangeal base of the 5th finger. There is an underlying expansile lytic lesion with sharply defined margins and central chondroid calcification.

Case Discussion

CT features of a pathological fracture with an underlying lytic lesion with chondroid matrix suggestive of enchondroma.
