Peroneus brevis split tear

Twisting a month ago. Persistent pain.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male
MRI

Longitudinal split tear of the peroneus brevis tendon with the peroneus longus tendon is seen displaced forward into the gap and contacts the fibular surface. Flat to convex retromalleolar groove. Tenosynovitis of the common tendon sheath with fluid signal is seen around.
