85-years-old female on CT scan for head trauma.

Axial CT scan shows no trauma-related abnormalities. Incidental petroclinoid ligaments calcification which is commonly seen at this age group. 

Case Discussion

Petroclinoid ligaments calcifications are common age-related degeneration sites and usually have laminar or mildly nodular patterns.
